We see disruption as necessary for growth. Limiting beliefs and habits create ruts that are hard to overcome without shaking things up.

Based on your program, we might use ice baths with sauna rotations for sludgy days, or regeneration cycles with sleep support for over-trained athletes. This healthy shift in the norm' ignites our participation in our own process. Then we can grow.

All of our modalities support the inherent power of your mind, body and nature in a whole systems approach.

Breath :: we assess for dis-regulation, train breath skills for managing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and digestion, train tools for boosting speed, endurance, strength and mindset, and offer advanced pranayama yoga breath for those ready to dive deeper

Body :: we assess your mobility and adapt for any injuries or challenges. We offer outdoor fitness, yoga flow/power/restorative/adaptive, resistance training and deep somatic healing movement.

Belly :: our nutrition programs use microbiome testing for gut health and repair, help navigate obstacles to eating well day in and day out, and align with a no-diet, long-term practice for healing and performance. We offer Nourished Brain workshops at the Neurology clinic, 3 and 6 Month Intrinsic Belly programs for private coaching.

Brain :: For training the brain, we use physical exposure to cold/hot in our ice tank and sauna, deep nervous system resets with Yoga Nidra, as well as proven coaching techniques such as thought work, self speak and meditation to harness the power of your mind over the matter of daily habits.
