NOTE: We currently offer ZOOM conferencing for groups or individuals looking to train with us. Our humble studio is our own laboratory for Intrinsic. We invite private clients to train with us here and occasionally offer workshops and talks. The studio has the following amenities:

• safe infrared heat

• 14’ high ceilings for TRX, traction, yoga trapeze

• yoga wall

• exposure ice dunk tank

• sauna for heat exposure & rewarming

• full bathroom and shower

• props of all shapes and sizes
