The tactical and emergency response athlete needs to be fit for the job physically, be able to manage the condition of their nervous system including emotions and mindset when under extreme stress, and to recover in a way that goes beyond a mere sense of readiness by physiologically expanding tolerance to overall stress.

Training includes a combination of skills from Emily and Brian including exposure stress to ice, heat and water, resistance training with outdoor primal workouts, breath for performance and healing, sleep skills, performance nutrition, mindset and thought work for emotional regulation, movement patterns for job safety and science-based tools for sleep and recovery.
